For the online charts, cells are populated with study data, information from the Manufacturer’s Summary of Product Characteristics or Prescribing Information,
or expert opinion and are shown as filled symbols. For these cells we then indicate the Quality of Evidence using methodology based on
the GRADE system of classification.
