Speaker notes: These data show that the plasma concentration of ABT-378 in patients is far above the EC50 when administered at a dose of 400mg, combined with 100mg RTV to inhibit CYP3A4.
Thus the IQ (inhibitory quotient) for ABT-378/r is very large.
