Speaker notes: When looking at the EC₅₀ data for the viral isolates of patients who had prior experience with a single PI (M97-765 trial), the concentrations of ABT-378 (when administered at the ABT-378/r 400/100mg dose) are in excess of all the viral isolates studied.

This is clearly important when looking for a forgiving drug regimen:

values aren't just above the EC₅₀ of wild-type virus, but also above that of viruses which may have developed a number of mutations against other PIs.
