Coadministration has not been studied. Pitavastatin is metabolised by UGTs 1A3 and 2B7 with minimal metabolism by CYPs 2C9 and 2C8. Plasma concentrations of pitavastatin are expected to increase when co-administered with atazanavir/cobicistat or darunavir/cobicistat, although to a moderate extent.
