Stribild is a complete regimen for the treatment of HIV-1 infection; therefore, Stribild should not be administered with other antiretroviral medications for treatment of HIV-1 infection.

 

Coadministration of zidovudine (300 mg twice daily) and elvitegravir/ritonavir (200/100 mg once daily) was studied in 24 healthy subjects. Elvitegravir/ritonavir did not have significant effects on the kinetics of zidovudine (AUC decreased by 14%, Cmax decreased b 12%). Elvitegravir AUC, Cmax and Cmin increased by 5%, 5% and 15%, respectively.
